Once a payment is made and your participation is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed. Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
If a transaction is found to be duplicated or an incorrect amount has been charged, please email us within 24 hours at contact@shwetamuneshwar.com with proof of payment. After verification, a refund will be initiated within 7 working days.
In case an event, class, or service is canceled by us due to unavoidable reasons, participants will be informed and a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction.
Refunds will not be provided in cash under any circumstances.
